Chef Erika grew up in Dobrogea, near the Danube River, where she learned to cook from an early age alongside her Hungarian mother. Her first dish, the traditional fish soup "Ciorbă de pește", marked the beginning of her culinary journey.
Originally from Romania and now a French national, Chef Erika moved to Antibes on the Côte d’Azur in 2017 to further pursue her passion for cooking.
Captivated by the region’s rich culinary culture, she made Antibes her home and fully embraced the world of French gastronomy
